Labor-Day-2013

So Cal Boot Camp would never leave you out on a National Holiday.

We have prepared an awesome work out to get you through until we see you again on Tuesday, September 2nd.

Here is the work out break down:

20 minutes of cardio:
running, walking, surfing, SUP, tennis, etc.

10 Push ups
10 Squats
10 Burpees
Repeat 1 X

50 Lunges (25 ea/ leg)
10 Situps
1 min plank
50 High Knees (25 ea/ leg)
10 Sit ups
1 min plank

10 Push ups
10 Squats
10 Burpees
Repeat 1 X

And you’re done.
TA -dah!
