We just wrapped up our most recent Game Changer Challenge and all we have to say is…WOW, we are IMPRESSED! Our San Clemente and Dana Point challengers worked hard for 4 weeks to change their lives and hit their goals. With the support of Rhonda, our Health Coach, and the rest of the SCBC team, our 36 Game Changers lost a total of 215 pounds, 230 inches, and an average of 3% body fat. Every single person was successful in getting closer to where they want to be and we look forward to being with them every step of the way throughout their fitness journey.

When Kathy found So Cal Boot Camp she was ready to get serious about making a change. Following a recent hip replacement surgery, she had started to gain extra weight and she found it impossible to get back into a routine. The frustration with not being able to hit her goals set in, and the hectic Summer schedule didn’t help.
Once Kathy came to boot camp last July, she was hooked. She jumped right in and signed up for the next Game Changer challenge in September a few short months later. The challenge gave her the perfect opportunity to make a lifestyle change and start her new healthy routine out strong. Through the support of the SCBC team and disciplined habits, Kathy lost 8 pounds and 7% body fat, IN JUST 4 WEEKS!
