I have always been 'big'. In high school and college, I played football on the offensive line. But when football ended, the workouts went away and the eating habits did not. I told myself I would do better, but I worked long hours and continued to skip the gym. Soon my body had enough. I was too heavy and my muscles were too weak. So I joined So Cal Boot Camp, and committed to healthy eating and regular exercise. This is not like going to the gym. This is working with a personal trainer along with a group of friends. I get the camaraderie and team support that I loved from athletics.

Before starting at So Cal Boot Camp, I was about as heavy and out of shape as I have ever been. I don’t like traditional gyms and had no motivation to use the gym equipment at home. Then I tried SCBC and became totally addicted to it. Every workout is different, the trainers are fantastic, and the classes are so much fun!
